1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through Corbett Phoenix are confirmed only after full advance payment. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email or message is sent to the customer.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled date, no refund will be provided.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@corbettphoenix.com.

3. Cancellation by Us

In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, forest department restrictions, or technical issues, we will either reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.

4. Refund Timeline

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No-show or late arrival at the safari reporting point or hotel.
  • Incorrect or incomplete details at the time of booking.
  • Failure to follow rules and regulations of the safari or property.
